It’s a good trip, tour guide helped to take photos, and gave introductions, but he didn’t treat everyone equally. He spent more time taking photos for someone, and some folks felt being ignored. Did he have complaints to the person he spent less time with? Besides, not everyone wanted to watch the introduction video, and he let the customer to hold the tablet so persons in the back seats could see the video. Customers are here to enjoy the trip instead of being slaved. Maybe it’s not that serious, but just suggestions.
