Hugo did a great job keeping us informed but also adding a very personal touch with comedy mixed in. He was great. We did however have a women that was not engaged at all. AI recordings the entire time. After Hugo she was disappointing.

I was not told the start of the tour was so far from the pier where our ship docked. We had to pay $25.00 for a taxis ride to the starting point !! Not an experience we had planned on. A mop Of the starting point when we made the resavations would have been helpful.

Great commentaries by all the drivers we encountered. A fab way to get the facts and have fun at the same time. Two day pass was ideal. The location of the stops was ideal next to places we wanted to visit. Like the smaller size trolleys too.
