Our exclusive guided tour is designed to provide our guests with a great wine experience. Learn about Texas Wines and why they are exceptional and different. Hear about the varietals of wine produced while getting acquainted with the wines of vintners who are passionate about their wines. Visit beautiful, privately owned wineries for a tasting reserved just for our guests. Excellent for the wine novice as well as the experienced. Your tour includes a visit to three boutique wineries and/or tasting facilities around the scenic Texas Hill Country, a delicious chef-prepared boxed lunch or a pre-arranged stop at a local eatery. This tour is a unique way to experience the wine country of Texas and you will want to do it again! Every tour is customized and every tour is different - we don't visit the same wineries each trip because we plan our tours for the greatest experiences available for our guests.

Collin was are driver and he was amazing. Loved the details he shared with us about Fredericksburg area. Also very knowledgeable about wine and how it was made. He made your trip so wonderful.

Well, since Thursday, the operator was telling me that I could change my reservation for Friday. I told him I couldn’t. Because I was busy. The morning of my tour the operator called me and says you have two options we can go to two wineries or you can go with another company and you can do all three. All I asked was to get what I paid for. The driver got was very nice very intensive and the wineries we went to everybody was very nice. To be honest with you I think it is very expensive for what you get. And it is cheaper to drive there and visit the wineries on your own. I would definitely not do it again

Hi there! We need to remind you that you were not on our Boutique Tour. We contacted you the day before your tour to tell you that our driver was diagnosed with covid. At that time you were credited you for the tour and we assisted you by booking you with another respected local tour company because you could not change your tour date. You were not informed that you could only go to two wineries - the tour company that assisted us booked you for three wineries. Rather than cancel your tour, we all did our best to assist you. If you are unhappy with the tour that another company provided for you we can provide their contact information. And you are correct in assuming that it is cheaper to drive to each winery on your own. Hiring a driver/tour guide is an additional expense. Wineries do accept individual reservations and anyone can drive to our local wineries. When considering this option, please take into account the 15+ tastings that you receive at 3 wineries and the high alcohol content that our Texas wines produce.

Our guide was much more interested in interacting with the anyone but us. She even spent time with a couple that wasn’t a part of our tour. Additionally, all three stops specialized in reds. There was no real variety of wine tasting opportunities. Very disappointing.

Unfortunately our guide spent a great deal of time explaining to other guests the reason that you brought your large pet bird with you - which you had listed as a "service animal" on your reservation. We have since found that birds have no longer been approved as service animals. While you were enjoying your pet other people in the tasting room including those on your tour were not comfortable with your decision. Our tour guide spent time with both our other guests who requested not to be seated with you and those in the tasting area who sat around you to explain and apologize for their inconvenience. When people choose to push the limits of non-disclosure and opportunity, experiences like this force our hand for future reservations. In the future, unless the "service animal" has the appropriate ADA paperwork, the guest will be unable to board and no refund will be issued. Even when we spoke with you about your wine preferences before your tour and confirmed your service animal so that we could inform the wineries, you described it as a small dog which you had in a carrier - so neither our guide nor the wineries were prepared for your bird/dog. Our office did discuss with you before your tour that wines from this area of Texas are primarily reds - the environment dictates the grapes we grow - and each of our wineries did offer and serve a representation of wines other than red. While you are entitled to share your opinion of your tour as a review, I hope that those who do read your review will take into account the disappointment that our tour guide, our guests, the winery owners and employees, and the other guests who were in the tasting room felt when you entered with an animal that clearly took advantage of all of us. Had we been properly informed before your arrival to join the tour and guests that you were bringing a different animal other than disclosed we would have cheerfully refunded your payment. And while you may have been disappointed with that decision as well, it would have saved everyone else that same emotion.
