Overall, the experience was great. My kids didn't want to leave. I don't feel it is organized well with the way the park is finding bathrooms or places to eat. We did get the unlimited express passes. This came in handy as ride lines were 90 minutes. My kids would still wait in line 25 minutes though. This adds a big cost though. Since we were there one day and it was a busy day, I am glad we got it. We enjoyed the Christmas ICE show! There is a cost for everything such as lockers. Cost for lunch was $16 for just chicken nuggets and fries. We opted to share due to the cost. There were rides that were closed.

We are thrilled to read you had a positive experience during your visit! We apologize for any frustration with locating bathrooms or places to eat. We do offer billboard maps around the park. However, we recommend downloading our mobile app to access a virtual map that includes walking directions to any of the locations you may need during your visit. We sincerely regret to read you did not find value in your culinary purchase. -MK

Went with 7 and 10 year old for on Christmas 2022. Almost all rides weren't open until after noon. Once opened, we had a BLAST on Cheetah (looong line--couldn't do that twice) and Scropion (many rides). Unfortunately the other rides that my 7 year old was tall enough for (Cobra's Curse and Iron Gwazi) were closed. We spent hours walking back and fourth between those two rides, watching C. Curse being tested, checking to see if either had opened. The app would say Iron Gwazi was open, even when it was closed!! I sent my older son to do Montu, Kumba, & Tigris, those are amazing rides with shortish lines, he was so happy. Eventually we started doing laps on the Flume ride (SOO COLD!), until they finally opened up Irow Gwazi. It was a long line but my kids loved it so much, it made their Christmas worthwhile. In short: Oldest son LOVED it, not enough rides for younger kids when considering how many were broken. Still WAY beter than the Magic Kingdom. Fix App (and rides) please.

Please be advised on days of higher attendance such as weekends and holidays, we may see an increased level of attendance which can lead to longer than average wait times for attractions. We would like to apologize for any disappointment surrounding extended wait times and closures you may have experienced. Our attractions can experience temporary closures due to unexpected technical difficulties. We went to Busch Gardens as a birthday present for my daughter. We went mainly to see Christmas Town. Christmas is her favorite holiday and her birthday is right after Christmas. We live in Tampa so we have been to Busch Gardens/Christmas Town pre-Covid and again back in July 2022. The day didn't start very well at the ticket counter. I found the person to be rude and not very customer service oriented. The rides if open had extremely long wait times. The decorations and lights were very enjoyable. We walked around enjoying the decorations. I thought the park was very dark in some areas. Again as of July 2022, there were rides closed. We finally made it to Christmas Town, and we were both so disappointed. It was a glorified food court. Table and chairs with stations to get food. Maybe it was better before Christmas. The food price was ridiculous. At the front of the park was a little area to get sodas and popcorn. No popcorn was made and the whole floor was nothing but spilled sodas. Sticky. Again the price was ridiculous and so we just left. The tram line was so bad we decided to walk. We were almost in our car before we even saw the first tram go by. Many people were walking in the street and the tram driver just blew the horn for so long and went over the intercom and rudely told everyone to get out of the street. I know they didn't need to be in the street but he could have said it in a much better way...Please and thank you go a long way! We always enjoyed Busch Gardens and it will be a long time before we go back if ever!
