Don’t bother going here! Long queues for rides no organization , staff very grumpy!! Park doesn’t accept any cash form which is ridiculous in this society ! Will never go here again

Came to Busch Garden’s and paid a lot of money for parking and admission to the park! Unfortunately the train was not working. Very few animals out. If you are not a season pass holder they want to charge you $5.00 per person to ride the sky lift! No thank you! The ice skating show was the best thing there. I feel they are getting away from the animals and focusing on the rides only! I will not be back. I will visit Zoo Tampa instead! I love the animals!

Can’t say enough about the quality of the rides and thankfully we didn’t have to wait very long. Food was subpar and expensive. The main thing we encountered was the lack of kindness from the staff, multiple interactions with staff that was rude and the other untrained. Not sure if the company is paying their employees enough to push through a tireless day because it shows in their behavior. Other than that our family had a great time!
