Quieter day, managed to more or less walk on all attractions. Park is well maintained, clean and themed well, Iron Gwazi is a top attraction,
Admission ticket price was good, some additional costs for parking and day locker rental $45.
The stand out negative though is the cost of food, there was a deal for 2 pepperoni pizza and soda $37, I asked can you do it with cheese only as partner vegetarian, abrupt no, ended up nearly $45+ which is frankly outrageous and another $11 for an ice cream (frozen balls in a cup) which are sold in the UK for about 0.80p in similar quantities. We didn’t bother having something else later in the day and went to Starbucks a few miles down the road on the way back to Orlando as whilst you expect to pay a premium in a theme park, its so egregious.
As an international visitor only 2 attendants acknowledged us when entering the queues throughout the whole day, which was a stark contrast with Universal and Disney. It didn’t really matter but wouldn’t hurt to be more inviting.
We wanted to do the Skyride but it was $5 each, I understand it was part of admission before again bit disappointing and just another price gouge.
All considered would revisit, hopefully some adjustments to uplifts and food pricing.
