Liked seeing the Gorillas kangaroos and alligators. Sesame Street land is very well done . Good gift shops as well. Need to improve where you go into .It was busy when I went and there was a massive queue to get in .

Unable to ride sky lift after an expensive ticket you had to pay $5 more per person just to ride the sky lift. We had fast queues purchase and they still require more money. Drinks without carbonation, shows closed, $250 per person and it was very disappointing

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback about your recent visit to Busch Gardens Tampa Bay. Please be advised, as our SkyRide attraction is a classic Von Roll attraction, this attraction needs continued maintenance, while ensuring we can continue to meet the quality and service standards our guests deserve. During the week of your visit, we had at least our Animal Tales show having presentations during your visit. We apologize if you were unable to attend. -MK

Quieter day, managed to more or less walk on all attractions. Park is well maintained, clean and themed well, Iron Gwazi is a top attraction, Admission ticket price was good, some additional costs for parking and day locker rental $45. The stand out negative though is the cost of food, there was a deal for 2 pepperoni pizza and soda $37, I asked can you do it with cheese only as partner vegetarian, abrupt no, ended up nearly $45+ which is frankly outrageous and another $11 for an ice cream (frozen balls in a cup) which are sold in the UK for about 0.80p in similar quantities. We didn’t bother having something else later in the day and went to Starbucks a few miles down the road on the way back to Orlando as whilst you expect to pay a premium in a theme park, its so egregious. As an international visitor only 2 attendants acknowledged us when entering the queues throughout the whole day, which was a stark contrast with Universal and Disney. It didn’t really matter but wouldn’t hurt to be more inviting. We wanted to do the Skyride but it was $5 each, I understand it was part of admission before again bit disappointing and just another price gouge. All considered would revisit, hopefully some adjustments to uplifts and food pricing.
