Driver Oscar had an opening took us early. But. He spoke very little he did however share where celebrities lived. I was more interesting the history present in the park. Got very little. I kept asking about sights the. He told me. Oscar spent way too much time on his cell phone texting The worst park was he texted me at 230 to meet him. I met him at 234. The tour ended at 300 pm less then 30 minutes. Our extended tour which I paid for was for 45-60 min. He told me if I was not stopping for photo shoots my tour would be less. Oscar just was disengaged. The ped-bikes were much more thorough. First time not happy with a Viator tour guide

When you started yelling your husband like he is a child, I already understood you are a nut job , we understand once in a while we have to deal people like you. we cant know who is booking until we see them . Even though you didnt use your picture stops , your ride was at least 45 min .Its not even possible to do it under 40 min. You are a LIER! You threated to write a review like this so you will get refund. We will not refund ! You obviously read another review and created a similar story so your will be more believable ! Hospital level personality disorder! We hate people like you. you are trying to take advantage of working people! Thanks God you are only about 5 percent . 95 percent of the people are nice. I wish there is a place we can rate you so you cant book any activities and you cant bother anybody ! Shame on you!

Our ride with Oscar and Strawberry was awesome! Oscar was really fun and shared tons of New York history, and made sure we had great photos to capture moments throughout the entire experience. Definitely a must if you’re in New York.

THIS IS AN UPDATED REVIEW We booked a ride from 10:00 to 10:55. At 9:02 we received a text advising that since we booked the extended tour we needed to be there at 9:45, not 10am as purchased so we could get the full tour. We hustled up and ended up jogging some of the trek to get there and we ended up getting there several minutes before 9:45. Oscar arrived shortly after 9:45 in which we immediately began the tour. The tour was okay if all you wanted to hear about was how many movies he had been in and all about movies in the park. Oscar was nice enough. In our estimation we did not get the full 55 minutes, however Oscar seems to think we did. So, giving him the benefit of the doubt, we did. However, we do have a picture taken from our last stop at Strawberry Fields that is time stamped at 10:20 which was taken less than 1 minute before getting back on the carriage for the short ride to the finish. I don’t think it took 20-25 minutes from Strawberry Field to the end. We received an e-mail to give a review from Trip Advisor. I always feel that if you are going to give a review, give an honest one. I did. I mentioned in the review that I would definitely take an alternative method of seeing the park in the future and named the alternative in addition to the ride being short. Keep in mind that with tour, tax and tip it equates to $3.15 per minute. So being shorted only a few minutes adds up. I then received a call from Oscar who was irate about my review and said he could prove we got the full tour because they have cameras and that we should never mention his competitors. I said send me the proof and I will update my review and take full responsibility for the time discrepancy. He demanded I delete my review. Next I received a long string of text demanding I remove the review without any proof of the time discrepancy. He also denied the time change at the start of the tour (which is a text). At Oscars insistence, I deleted my original review and have updated to give him the benefit of the doubt on the time and not name his competitor in my review. Overall, there really isn’t much to see in this area of the park that horses can go. If you want to be thrilled by a horse and carriage ride certainly go for it. If you want to see most of the park in my opinion there are better options. Also, be careful in your reviews for this company as you might get into a very difficult situation and be confronted (read others reviews as well).

The ride you booked is about 55 min included 3 picture stops. I offered your 3 stops you wanted to skip one so your ride was a couple min short. Even though I was very nice and gave you a very nice ride according to yourself , you made that a big deal that ride was short and wrote a 3 stars review including PEDICAP rates. I JUST THINK YOU ARE OUT OF YOUR MIND ! please dont ever book again!
