The only issue was the address for the meeting spot. They should say it's across the street from the address they give and it's where all the other horse and carriage are. We found our driver anyway. It was a great experience for Christmas! It snowed in the morning and our driver played Christmas music for us.

Our driver (Fred) and the horse (Jersey) were wonderful! We had a magical ride through Central Park.

Excellent experience. Good communication via email by driver. A bit confusing in finding the driver at pick up location, but fantastic experience. Definitely recommend the tour at XMas at night and to do the extended 5th Ave tour as well. Spectacular!!
