Upgraded the sightseeing pass to electrical bikes plus insurance, for a group of 4, 1/2 way round central park I developed a puncture, phoned & the assistance was ‘walk it back’ (over 30min walk). At the shop they told me I was lucky I would not be charged for the puncture repair. Pathetic customer service, buyer beware.

We booked a 2hr hire to explore Central Park but could have spent hours! Great way to explore the park. Collection and return was easy. Would definitely recommend.

Trash service. Worst service ever! Never been treated like this in my whole life. Staff was the worst. Bad language. No respect at all to me and my family. If I were the owner I would fire the staff. Why have a great product and business idea, when the employees ruin the whole place. Specially the tall guy with curly hair.
