  • Seating goes according to weight and balance. Weight maximum is 250 pounds per person. Passengers are weighed at our facility and passengers weighing over the weight limit are required to purchase an additional seat or will forfeit their flight.
  • Helicopter seats 6 passengers and 1 pilot. All tours are shared with other passengers. All 6 seats must be purchased for a private tour. There is a possibility of cancellation after confirmation if there are not enough passengers to meet requirements. In the event of this occurring, you will be offered an alternative time or date.
  • Subject to favorable weather conditions. If canceled due to poor weather, you will be given the option of an alternative date.
  • Passengers must arrive 45 minutes prior to scheduled flight time with Identification It is strongly advised to arrive prior to check in time to avoid being charged late fee *** ***LATE FEE PRICES*** Passengers failing to arrive 45 minutes prior to scheduled flight time will be charged $50.00 per person late fee. Passengers arriving 30 minutes or less prior to scheduled flight time will be charged $100.00 per person late fee.
  • New York Helicopter has the right to cancel, change or delay any flight any time for any reason, which includes weather conditions, Temporary Flight Restrictions implemented by the FAA, minimum number of passengers not met for tour, helicopter maintenance and all other circumstances outside of our control.
  • $50.00 heliport/fuel fee per person (must be paid on site on travel date)
  • $50.00 heliport/fuel fee for children under the age of 2 (must be paid on site on travel date)

All I want is a full refund asap because the stuff that worked treated us so bad and I feel discriminated

Hi Cesar It’s important that you state the details when you mention discrimination and bad behavior in a review. We want to make sure that your public review has all the missing details that you failed to mention on your baseless statement. You booked your tour via the Viator platform on September 19th at 7:22pm (after our 9am to 5pm business hours) where you received your tickets directly from Viator stating the cancellation policy, time of arrival and late fee policy for your September 20th tour at 5pm with a 4:15pm check in. The website also listed the information prior to you purchasing your reservation. At 9:40am on September 20th you sent an email stating you wanted to cancel your tour, that’s where you received a call from our office stating that you could not cancel your tour as it’s in the 24-hour period of your tour time and you would not be able to cancel for a refund. Between 10:06am and 10:55am you were also emailed this information where you also emailed the policy and saw the information you did not read. Once you gave us your email address at 10:05am we also emailed you the policies and the check in time. Our office called you at 4pm wanting to confirm that you would arrive for 4:15pm and you answered and hung up the phone. Once you missed your check in time and you did not answer our call we proceeded with our flights as you were a no show at this point. You came in at 4:25pm and we explained to you that you now had a $50.00 per person late fee and that’s when the 2 other passengers you were with started screaming and causing a show so large that the building security had to get involved. Your flight was forfeited because you refused to pay your late fee and we cannot allow passengers to go out to the ramp and our helicopters when they are in the state of your 2 passengers for everyone’s safety. Police had to be called because the 2 passengers kept on screaming and waving their hands including their recording phones in the face of our staff. Your 2 passengers also tried to run out to the ramp from security doors where they could’ve put themselves in great bodily danger and had to be blocked by the building security where they continued to scream that if they could not do the tour no one else would do their tour. When we closed for the day your 2 passengers were still their screaming. When the police arrived your 2 passengers passed them to follow out our female staff member into the parking lot where luckily, she could get the attention of the police officers so the situation did not escalate. The police were also going to arrest 1 of your very erratic passengers because she would not stop screaming and acting out and once that was to happen you all decided to walk away. You must have not seen any of this because you spent your time outside of the building while your 2 fellow passengers did everything that they did. Please keep in mind that we have 24/7 video recording and everything is on camera, we also have multiple people who recorded the actions on their cell phones and a police report was filed. The bad behavior stemmed from your passengers and no one else. Your flight was forfeited and you will not be getting a refund from us. For the future read what you are buying so no other company has to experience what we experienced with your badly-behaved passengers.

The company were so easy and friendly to deal with. I was sceptical when i booked as there was not many past reviews but the price was exceptional so I thought I’d give it a try. The standard and quality was amazing and the same as all of the other company’s out there if not better. Staff were really friendly and accommodating, we had our flight moved back from 10:00 to 12:00 this was done over the phone the day before they called and said due to the weather they do not expect to fly that early and pushed it back to 12:00. This was exactly the case and no flights with any company were going ahead with us being the first flight of the day. The pilot was really nice and friendly. Now onto the main part the flight. It was around 15/20 long and the view were out of this world and this was by far the best part of our holiday. I would 100% recommend doing a flight and using this company and will use them again when i inevitably come back!
