Great guide who knew a lot and explained many things from a historical perspective, which was very interesting and aside from being informative, brought in an enthusiastic way by a person who clearly holds the city and its food very dear, yummie foodie insider info. And of course a tasty food selection as well (though I would switch the rice cake dish for something more generally likeable), the selection had enough variety, was representative of the history and cuisines, and also filling enough. It was also considerate of the guide with the subzero temperatures to anticipate more of the storytelling inside rather than on the street. Highly recommended, book and dig in!
