Terrible experience! Charged additional $30.00 at bus entry. We were told our tour was overbooked and that was only way for us to "fit on bus" despite paying $59.95 for spouse and I tickets 2 days prior. Double decker bus held over 50 people and there were only 13 people on the tour once bus got underway. RIPPED OFF Got stuck with driver and tour guide at minimalist stop so they could take their 30 minute lunch break. Had to wait additional 10 minutes at poor neighborhood to observe grafetti wall. Then we were told by tour guide at next stop to "stick together, we are in Little Havanah and you don't want to be stuck here...." RIPPED OFF

I’m very suspicious of any high marking reviews for the bus tour. It was dreadful. I won’t go into every detail but the main depressing points are below. Book with anyone else or do it yourself. * Left 40 mins late * First stop is their bus depot where they stop for at least 30 mins and want to sell you food and drink. It’s in the middle of nowhere and pointless (apart from to make them money) * Little Havana gave you the opportunity to visit a gift shop, cigar maker (second gift shop) and domino park. * Guide was rude and managed to get ruder once he got some tips. * One bus broke down and the replacement was on its last legs. Driver hadn’t worked their long and confirmed the company is a disaster. * 4 hour bus and boat tour finished after 7 hours by the time we were dropped off at the hotel.
