Fantastic value for money. The bus tour covered so much and we saw a lot of Miami and various areas such as Art Deco buildings and the Cuban/Spanish area. The commentary was very informative. After the lunch stop, we then went on the boat tour which was great and again, the commentary was very informative. Overall, the tour and boat trip lasted over 5 hours. We then had free time and were able to get another tour bus back to where we started. We couldn't fault it.

It was the worse tour iv ever being on. The staff member in the office of the bus tour was so rude. If your idea was to show us the rich and the homeless you certainly ticked that box. The shack we were brought to for food was awful and over priced. We did not receive the necessary voucher to get on the boat and after 7 call to the office of the bus tour the supervisor eventually told the lady at the office to let us on board the boat with 1 minute to spare. Having said that the boat tour was brilliant and the guy doing the commentary was great.
