Make sure You are on time on the dot. We were 10min late where I’ve reached out to the tour guide The day of and the day before asking for an address never heard back and unfortunately we got there 10 minutes late and we missed our tour

Emilia, we are sorry to hear you missed your tour. Our guides are only permitted to wait 15min past tour time to ensure the other guests on the tour aren’t delayed too much. Unfortunately, you didn’t arrive within the 15min past your tour time, so the guide had to leave with the other guests. When you book a tour with us the address is provided at the time of booking. We hope you will join us another time for a paddling adventure!

Bryce was my guide and definitely made it a memorable experience! He made sure nobody missed any animal and was incredibly knowledgeable on the area.
