As one of the largest certified Organic coffee Farm in Kona we do all our roast in house. You will participate in 2 of our production roast and will be able to run the second one yourself with the elp of our roaster.

My family and I visited Hala Tree Coffee Farm while staying in Big Island. It was such a unique experience for us seeing coffee trees and getting familiar with the coffee production process. The staff were very welcoming and friendly and took enough time to show us the farm and give us samples of their coffee and tea products. I highly recommend this place.

We wanted to visit a real coffee farm while we were in Hawaii and we found Hala Tree online. It was a great experience — very informative and great coffee!!!

Hala Tree was at the top of our list of places to try, and it was my favorite of all the coffee farms/houses/cafes we tried! The staff were all friendly and knowledgeable about their coffee selections, and even though we didn't go on a tour, they answered all our questions about their coffees. We decided to do a tasting and ended up going home with a bag of the Geisha coffee. Make sure to stop here, even if only for a quick tasting!
