As one of the largest certified Organic coffee Farm in Kona we do all our roast in house. You will participate in 2 of our production roast and will be able to run the second one yourself with the elp of our roaster.

We really enjoyed learning about coffee growing and production at Hala Farm. Coffee tasting was lovely and we definitely bought beans! It's in a beautiful location, about half an hour drive from the city of Kona. We had sandals on for the tour, not much walking.

Enjoyed our tour at Hala Organic! Our guide was very enthusiastic and informative. I especially enjoyed getting right in the plantation where the coffee was actually was growing. We also thought having a flight of various coffees in the sitting area of the overlook tasting room was unique.

The tour was very quick (luckily after spending the day snorkeling near the Captain Cook monument), and the coffee was great. Recommend checking out this organic coffee farm if you have an hour and want to try/buy coffee.
