In this class you will receive hands on training from a Michelin trained chef. You'll learn the many secrets and techniques of the world's top kitchens and receive tips and tricks for replicating professional-quality dishes at home.

Our guests will experience local ingredients that are little-known in other corners of the world. We'll explain to you the storied histories of these products, their traditional and contemporary use in cuisine, and how to maximize their use. This said, our recipes are specifically crafted to be replicable so that you can use your newfound knowledge to impress your dinner guests wherever you call home.

All of our menus are customized to fit your dietary needs and interests. Please let us know of any preferences, dislikes, or allergies so that you can feel as at home in our kitchen as we do. We like to accommodate multiple groups so that travelers can mingle and make friends as they cook the night away. Private groups can be arranged upon request.

My wife and I did the dinner with Greg last Friday and it was a great experience. Every course was outstanding and unique in its own right. The setting could not be better and the knowledge that Greg possesses was amazing. We learned new cooking techniques and the why behind everything. Who knew how to cook a venison tenderloin so that it comes out perfectly medium rare from edge to edge? Now I do! If you truly love food this is a must experience!!

If you’re looking for, a once-in-lifetime culinary adventure set amongst the beautiful backdrop of Sedona’s red rocks, I highly recommend taking a cooking class with Gregory at Lighthouse Kitchen! From the moment you step into the kitchen, Gregory makes you feel right at home. Lighthouse Kitchen is warm & welcoming; and Gregory is a well of knowledge, prepared to share. His Le Cordon Bleu expertise especially shines through when it comes to the uniquely crafted menus, showcasing local culture and ingredients in an inspiring & innovative way. From the Pepián (pumpkin seed dip), to the scallops with cactus paddle aquachile, to the Elote-inspired queso fresco ice cream scooped onto a bed of freshly baked corn crumble… my mouth still waters at the memory. And don’t let me forget, the delicious drink pairings! Not only will you enjoy the best meal in Sedona (and, likely, one of the best meals of your life), but you’ll get to take the experience home with you— recipes to recreate in your own kitchen. I came into the class with very little cooking experience, and now I can’t wait to wow my friends at the next dinner party. Thank you Gregory!

We had so much fun. Started with a beautiful drive to the property. The views at sunset is incredible. This alone was worth the price. We met Greg at the door, he took us into the kitchen area with an open floor plan. We spoke with him before our visit of our dietary preferences. He created a menu for us for this experience. The dishes were new for me to cook and inspirational. Greg made easy to learn from him. He has passion and his enthusiasm to share his knowledge. I picked up some new skills/ tips along the way So much fun and time flew. Fresh juniper berries in a dish. Stunning. Lavender in ice cream, Wow. The next day, I walked by a lavender plant and immediately remembered the ice cream. Greg was a delight, we were able to have the dinner with him and continued the conversation about his cooking. We will return to see Greg and learn more. I would say I am an above average home cook. But after this event, I am eager to learn more. Thank you Greg for a memorable evening.
