The flight staff and pilot were very professional always looking out for our safety. The copter pilot was friendly and provided information about the local terrain and volcanic events. Unfortunately, the weather limited our ability to fly over the active area of the volcano so we were limited to observing down slope from Kilauea.

Wow! What an experience! Once in a lifetime views of the island from above. So much pure, untouched nature! Great smooth ride like gliding, very friendly people all round, from the office to transport to the pilot. I highly recommend it!

We were a few minutes late since we messed up where to meet, went to the heliport directly instead of the office on Akahi - I did ask twice on the phone about meeting location. Wish they told me on the phone clearly about the office location on Akahi! The rest of the tour went great. The pilot is awesome, with friendly & relaxed tone with help.
