On time, very friendly and experienced drivers. Very flexible to changes in pickup times especially on our airport departure. Reminders for transportation sent the day before. Very professional.

Our flight was 8:25am and the transfer only offers pick up at 4:30am. I asked if they can do pickup at 5:30. The answer was no! Are they out of their mind? Who wants to sit and wait at the airport for 3 and a half hour! I asked them to cancel my reservation and was told that I reserved though trip advisors/aviator do I need to get refund from them. The next day I get a transfer pickup reminder. Apparently, they did not cancel the reservation. I ended up getting charged anyway. Trip advisor should have a link to cancellation the tour or should have told me to contact trip advisor/ aviator to cancel it myself. I am mad!!!!
