VIP driver never picked me up for my shuttle to the airport. Evidently he was there but not where I was told to meet the van. I called and the driver marked me a no show. His dispatcher said he told her that he tried to call me. He did not call me. He could not have missed me if he was outside the hotel pick up spot. While I was on the phone with dispatcher another van was there but she would not allow me to get on it. I paid $17.50 for the service I didn’t receive. I also had to pay $50.00 for a taxi to the airport so I didn’t miss my flight. I requested a refund and was told no it was my fault.

Shuttle arrived on time. Got us to the airport with plenty of time to spare. Would definitely recommend.

Could not find our pick up time anywhere on the app. Joined a chat to request a 1:00pm pickup and after about 10 minutes had not heard back so I called. The person said they could easily change my 11:30am pickup to 1:00pm. I said that as long as we were scheduled for 11:30 just leave it there. At 11:13 I received a call confirming our 1:00pm pickup. We had checked out of our hotel expecting 11:30 pickup. It was adjusted, we got picked up and our trip to the airport was quick and effective despite the initial confusion. Would have been better if we received a call/text the day before our pickup to confirm the time.
