Our driver was great, very friendly and professional. He drove us to our hotel and back to the airport. He gave us some great tips on nice beaches to check out on our stay.

The shuttle showed up at 4 am instead of 5 am. Also we cancelled the previous shuttle as we had to walk a long way to the Grand Waikikian - there was pick up and drop on at the front of the Lobby. When we rebooked we specified this and asked the agent, who was extremely helpful, to rebook the same departure date and time pick up from Lobby as we are seniors and didn't want to walk. somehow it was noted at 4 am instead of 5 am as-our flight was at 7:00 a.m We received a call from Christine at 4 am saying that the driver had arrived and they couldn't do a later pick up. We took a taxi from the hotel, which was only $5 more. Please refund our payment to the credit card as it was not our mistake. I am also a travel agent and use Viator and recommend viator to my clients.
