Driver never showed up. After waiting 95 minutes, I called a taxi and paid an additional $60 to get to the airport. Fortunately, I have TSA Precheck or I would have been late for my flight. I called customer service 3 times and was told driver was "on his way". The 4th time I called they told me driver was no longer available and I was on my own to get to the airport. Do not recommend. Will not use again.
