Bear was a great tour guide and the bus trip around Avalon was very comprehensive. We were able to stop for pictures at a perfect location above the harbor.

Halvy was out tour guide and he was amazing. I had no trouble finding where to go by directions provided on info for tours. He knew so much history of the island it was wonderful. I left wanting to know learn so much more about the area. Thank you for this wonderful tour.

My friends and I planned a surprise tour for my friends birthday and we were very excited to attend. I received the email with the time to meet for the tour; however, the address given was the corporate office and not the actual meet up site. We arrived 20 minutes earlier than the expected meet up time 2:40; yet we couldn't find the correct address nor get ahold of anyone from the company until 5 minutes before the tram left. We walked hastily to the Albus area, mind you, 3 people in our party are physically disabled and when we arrived, the bus had pulled off. I'm beyond disappointed. I tried to explain to the office staff what happened and ask for my money back; however, they were not accommodating at all. I would not recommend this company for anything in the future.
