After meeting your foodie guide at the provided meeting location in downtown Charleston, you will begin your walking tour. Sample dishes at 4 restaurants, finishing with dessert. Each stop lasts ~30 minutes, and you'll be seated to rest your legs. For most people, the amount of food served overal is enough for a meal. As you enjoy walking through this historical section of the city, listen to stories about Charleston's culture and cuisine from your guide, who points out landmarks along your route. This wonderful experience will end within walking distance of your starting point. *Food restrictions must be separately communicated to Charleston Culinary Tours at least 24 hours in advance to be accommodated. *We cannot accommodate Vegan, Dairy/Lactose-Free, or Soy-Free diets.

This is an amazing tour- we received historical information about Charleston, while tasting some of the great low country food offered in Charleston. Come hungry as you receive alot of delicious food- ours included french toast dipped in a fabulous sauce, chicken on a biscuits, a delicious burger, low country fare- shrimp, sausage, fingerling potatoes in a seafood sauce and ended with a wonderful dessert- at this point we were so full we had our dessert to go! Simon, our tour guide, was a great tour guide brimming with historical information, great stories, and answered all our questions and more! We couldn't have had a better time- including meeting some wonderful people on the tour We wished it would have lasted longer!

Dana was fabulous. Very knowledgeable about the history of Charleston and background of rice and other crops. Restaurant selections were excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed the food tour.
