I had the pleasure of going on the Old Downtown Plano food tour this weekend with Lone Star food tours. So much fun. We live very close by and didn't realize what wonderful restaurants we were missing out on. The food was delicious and lots of variety. You won't leave hungry! I love how they added in time to stop in a few of the great shops along the way. Something for everyone. I learned so much about the history of the area that I had not known. I highly recommend this for any group activity or out of town guests.

What a fun activity! And you won’t leave hungry! We had so much fun learning about and exploring downtown Plano. We went to three different restaurants, did a little shopping and finished with some gelato! The food was fabulous, enjoyed the people I met on the tour, and learned a bit from our knowledgeable tour guide. The food was really good and I discovered a new restaurant and several shops. The walk was short and not strenuous. This was fun as a local, but would be a great way to entertain out of town guests, or a way to learn about the area if you are relocating. Highly recommend this activity! Worth the money.

I was very fortunate to attend a pre-opening tour with Lone Star Food Tours. I want to return to all the restaurants in future trips to Frisco. Every food serving was delicious. It is difficult to choose a favorite moment, but I especially enjoyed seeing the soccer stadium and learning of all the sports represented in Frisco. The historical information about Frisco was all new to me. I highly recommend this tour for visitors and locals.
