We purchased the 2 hour trip for $45. We had a party of 8 with a 17 year old as our youngest. This was a good amount of time on the river with several fun rapids to traverse. We had one beginner who was pretty nervous but braved the adventure and said she would definitely do it again. Our guide, Craig, was awesome! The safety briefing was hilarious! I would highly recommend this tour.

Hands down the best experience of Durango! Our guide was Michael and he was amazing! We had a 4 year old and 8 year old with us and he made sure they were comfortable and not scared. He was also extremely knowledgeable, engaging and friendly. Everyone that works with the company is amazing from booking, to cashiers to guides and bus drivers! When I booked online I received a call within 5 mins from the company confirming our reservations and if we had any questions. I expressed that the kids were nervous and did not know how to swim the young lady made a note of it and was extremely reassuring. In turn Michael said that he received the notes and chose to be our guide to ease any fears we had. I’m so glad he did! The company even has the option of the children getting out of the raft on the level 3 section when it came to that we asked and Michael said that he was confident in his abilities that day that everything would be fine so we decided to let the kids stay in the raft and I’m so glad we did! I honestly wish we would have booked a longer trip and we can’t wait to come back to Durango to try again. Again, words cannot express how amazing this company is and all the employees!
