A wonderful way to experience the Alaska wilderness. Floating down a river, enjoying the majestic mountains and getting to see bald eagles everywhere. Our guide, Carol who was from Wisconsin, was excellent. She navigated the river like a pro all while answering our questions and telling stories.

If you want to see bald eagles this is the place to go. We had a group of 10 ranging in age from 7 to 63 and all the participants in this group had a great time with the easy going rafting through the delta in the Chilkat Valley. This rafting company's employees are extremely knowledgeable. They not only knew a lot about the eagles but also the land and other wildlife. We had Andy, Sam and Becky. This company's trip covered more area then the big rafting companies. I would highly recommend Haines Rafting Company.
