Wanted to do this for years .Our guide was knowledgeable about the Everglades There were alligators sleeking around all over . The wildlife was just breath taking The day was beautiful with the sun shinning ,and no the air boat was not as loud as they all say so it was a blast and i would do this again !!

The experience of seeing the alligators in the water and also the show are well worth it. Our guide was awesome and was able to call over several alligators to the boat!! However, the chaos and lack of organization was almost too much to handle. I purchased tickets online and made reservations for the Animal Experience for 1pm. We arrived at 12:30 to check in and were told that we had to do the airboat first. By the time we got to do the Animal Experience, it was after 3pm, which didn't end until 4:30. This made the rest of my reservations have to get moved and made for a much longer day than I anticipated. If you go, plan on staying there for longer than expected, and park farther than the map shows online as the parking lot is closed due to construction. Overall though - the creatures made it worthwhile and fun for all ages.

Thank you for your honest review and feedback! We truly apologize about the lines and waiting to get an airboat as we are currently a first come first serve establishment. With these busy times and having restrictions on our boat capacity, we are trying the best we can and are continuing to try different and better strategies to make the guest experience better.
