This place is under construction and there are no signs telling you anything. You have to figure it out on your own. I purchased tickets online. So figured I just needed to go to the boat loading area. After sitting there waiting for about 15 mins a guy approaches and I show him my tickets that I printed. He then informs me that I need to go to the "store" to trade my tickets in for wrists bands. Some simple signs could avoid a lot of confusion on what to do and where to go. So we had to walk to the store and wait in line to get wrist bands. So what is the point of getting printed tickets ahead of time? We did see 4 alligators and I would have rated higher had it not been for the confusion and the waiting. It took about an hour from the time we got there to get onto the boat. I also hated the temperature taking and being told to wear a mask in the store.

With these busy times and having restrictions on our boat capacity, we are trying the best we can and are continuing to try different and better strategies to make the guest experience better. Gave one star because 0 was not available. Sold me the tickets on line. Told me be there about 15 minutes early. Went for 3pm ride. Still waiting in line at 3:20 for a wristband which was needed on top of the tickets, when they cut off the line and said no more people today. We are done. Huge waste of a precious vacation day.

The tour was good and we saw quite a bit of wildlife including alligators and a tree iguana, however I gave 3 stars because when we arrived we got sent to the boat dock then told to return to do the show first, which meant it was over an hour and half before we got on the actual boat and when we did it was clear they were wasting time spinning in circles to keep behind other boats which left at almost the same time - it might have been a one off but it took away from the experience for us as we were short on time and had planned on just doing the boat tour.
