This was an amazing and well thought out tour! Heidi was our guide and was so knowledgeable about plants and animals. We learned so much about plants and birds, and to quote Heidi, “plants are smart” Lunch was delicious and I recommend the fish sandwich, it was local grouper.

Our guide Heidi was great! She gave us lots of info and asked us what we would most like to see. It was interesting to learn about the history of the area as well as the status of recovery work to maintain and save the Everglades. We had an informative walk and saw many bird species. We had a pontoon boat ride that was most excellent! We saw dolphins, rays, lots of birds, as well as a python. We had a good lunch, and went on an airboat ride. We saw LOTS of alligators and my favorite, the roseate spoonbill and many other bird varieties. Wonderful trip! My Husband and my mother-in-law and myself attended.
