Awesome trip that was worth every cent! Everything was perfect from the pick-up to the return. The guide Hagen in particular made the whole thing perfect, we would go on a trip with him again at any time. You can just tell that he loves this corner of America and he is happy to pass on all his knowledge! There was no corner where he didn't have something interesting to report. Top! Top! Top! Even our 12-year-old son enjoyed it from start to finish. It was also nice that we were traveling in a small group, six of us went to the Everglades, four went to the city tour, and there were three of us. Oh yes, Dolphin Mall was a great shopping tip! We also managed to visit Texas de Brazil in Miami Beach, and from now on our son only wants to eat there ;-)

Hi, Thank you dear Hagen for the two great days and really cool and exclusive tours (Miami City Tour and Everglades). You swept us away with your mood and impressed us with your expertise. We were picked up from the hotel on time (typically German) and our 8-month-old son posed no challenges for you. I don't want to say too much about the tour, because you do it with so much expertise and enthusiasm that I couldn't even begin to describe it as well. You were very interested in your guests and cleared up any clichés or untruths.
