Tolle Tour. Perfect from hotel pickup to the end when Dominik dropped us off there again. Dominik was a great guide. He gave us a lot of informative background information. The tour was conducted by Dominik in dt language. Value for money was good. What was promised was offered. A good one-hour boat ride through the canals of Holiday Park on the edge of the everglades. Finally, we also saw an alligator. Conclusion: For a first impression of the everglades a great tour with an excellent guide Dominik whom we can gladly recommend.

Hotels that are located in the yellow pickup zone of the provider are not served. We found out the day before. The provider does not answer any mails at all. And was called a collection point 8 miles from the hotel, but NO TIME for pickup. We had to get an eSIM to call Banana Joes. The holiday started immediately with stress. We cannot recommend Banana Joe Tours.

Liebe Abenteurerin, lieber Abenteurer, oh, welch ein Wirbelwind in unserer Organisation! Unsere tapfere Sekretärin hat sich wohl auf eine unerwartete Schatzsuche begeben – leider nicht im Dschungel, sondern im Dickicht der Akten! Dabei ist ihr ein kleiner Fehler unterlaufen, den wir inzwischen natürlich ausgebügelt haben. Die verlorene Botschaft wurde von uns mutig gefunden, entschlüsselt und das Problem gelöst – eure Belohnung (ähm, eure Bestellung) steht selbstverständlich zur Abholung bereit! Wir möchten aber auch einen kleinen Hinweis geben: Falls in Zukunft ein Missverständnis auftreten sollte, scheut euch nicht, uns direkt zu fragen – unsere Kommunikationskuriere (a.k.a. E-Mail-Postfächer) haben nämlich manchmal ganz schön zu tun. Es kann sein, dass eine Antwort etwas Zeit braucht, da wir uns durch Berge von Nachrichten und Wünschen kämpfen müssen – eine wahre Abenteuerreise! Vielen Dank für eure Geduld und das Verständnis.
