This experience was awful! Entire family came down with Covid. Had to cancel tour, vacation and travel home sick from Tn to Pa. All company cares about is collecting your MONEY! They also put the charge thru days before your tour takes place! In addition, Explanation of our situation to the company resulted in a Rude Response. Unreal! NO REFUND regardless of situation. $690 down the drain!

You tried to cancel the tour 2 hours before the start time with a group of 10 on a busy holiday weekend. We held those seats for you for months not selling them to anyone else. It would have been impossible to sell those 10 seats in under 2 hours. We aren't just a business, we are a family and we have bills to pay and mouths to feed. It's clearly stated that there are no refunds inside 24 hours. We offered you a gift card to allow you to use your money on a tour the next time you visit the area. Your response was that you were from out of state ... yeah, usually people who vacation here are from out of state, but if you ever come back you can use that gift card to book tours. You can sell it, give it away, what ever you want to do with it. You just straight up refused the gift card and wanted us to eat the loss. I get it, people get sick, things happen ... but our policy remains the same no matter the excuse. Giving you a refund would be a slap in the face to all the others who asked for a refund inside 24 hours that were also denied. Your reasoning is no better or worse than theirs. Anyone who tries to cancel inside 24 hours for any reason will be denied a refund because we can't sell the seat on such short notice and we've held your spot so that no one else can book it. We aren't an airline, we don't have stand by seating. I'm not rude, I'm honest and some people can't accept an honest answer. I do sympathize with your situation and I hate that you had to miss your tour but we did try to offer you a solution and you refused it.

This tour was so much fun! We meet a lot of nice people on the bus. We would definitely do this again! Make sure you bring some snacks and water with you. Everyone was wonderful!
