Zach was an incredibly informative guide with a laid back approach. My mom, partner and I had a wonderful time celebrating my mom's birthday while learning about Florida's biodiversity. We took the tour during what is considered the worst time of year to see the phytoplankton and nevertheless saw quite a bit. We fully enjoyed ourselves. Zach showed us the comb jellies and we were able to hold them and all their flubber-like wonder. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a calming and magical evening.

We did the 7:00 pm tour, had a fantastic time! Zach and JJ Were AWSOME guides very informative and fun. Would highly recommend These two for your kayaking adventure!!!!!!

I wish I could give a 0 stars. Owner Josh is an absolute dumpster fire. He called us multiple times to confirm our tickets. He said we were good to go. After 2 hours of driving, we waited for the guides to get there. Without telling us, he cancelled our reservation. He let us sit there without telling us anything. We called and he gave some sorry excuse that was the worst lie I’ve ever heard. Will never, ever book here again. Fellow Yelper, please spare yourself the pain of ever having to deal with this sorry excuse for a business.

Lol, this is getting silly at this point. We didn't call to confirm your tickets. We called because you were inside the the cancelation window and the temps were going to be in the 30's (1-14-23). We were calling to offer you an opportunity for a raincheck since you didn't read the email. There are no cancelations inside of 24 hrs. You insisted on going on, we said we would see what we can do. We decided it would not be adventagious to go out in near freezing conditions, despite what you wanted to do. We called the wrong people to cancel. It is our mistake. I showed you we did indeed called the wrong person, now you want to condemn someone. Lol. I get that we make a mistake. But I'll be dammed if your gonna sit here and act like we did something intentional to you. Fellow helpers lol. It's trip Advisor. Mistakes happen. We take responsibility.
