Our group was late because we got lost- and they were kind enough to still accommodate us. The tour guides were helpful and informative- and the tour was beautiful and fun. We LOVED it!

First off - I read and re-read the “description” and I am going to call it a “bait and switch” with regards to the “kayaks”. We have a family of 5 and one member was forced into a tandem kayak with a individual from another group. Ruined our experience as a family, especially the photos. Given the situation, even though the guide had singles, we were told “to bad, you can make a new friend”. COVID and all aside, rude and nasty. The forced situation was made even worse because the other person was overweight and had a few challenges ( didn’t know how to kayak because they didn’t paddle). Looking at the other comments and the companies rude and disrespectful responses (trying to make it the customers fault) - I would offer this - you (company) read you description and be honest with customers - and flat out state - “ if you have an odd number in you party, one of you will be forced into a tandem kayak, because that is all we offer, and we will make sure your experience, to include any hopes of a family photo, are ruined.” Waste of a lot of money. Highly recommend looking elsewhere - here - false advertising, misleading advertising, bait-n-switch (whatever you choose to call it). Shame on the owners and the guides.

We state CLEARLY that we will take up to 30 guests. We state CLEARLY these tours are done in tandem kayaks. NO WHERE DO WE MENTION SINGLE KAYAKS. We offered to cancel your reservation and refund your money, prior to your tour. It is most definitely your fault for assuming. You are not a special group. You're no different from any other odd number family who books a tour w/us and go out w/no worries The fact that your talking about Covid in a review in the this day and age after 100 booster shots is telling. Take off your mask and enjoy life or don't, either way, have a wonderful day 😊 Thank you for your review, and thank you for paddling w/us
