The Robie house is fabulous, the guide was knowledgeable and interesting. The house is in great shape and fun to walk around. I’d do it again. My negative is that the trip advisor ticket wasn’t for the time I selected it was up to the staff to find the next available open slots which were an hour and a half later. Not sure I will book through trip advisor again

Front desk staff were pleasant and helpful. Docent was knowledgeable and very informative. The property was amazingly preserved. Would recommend this tour to anyone.

The Robie House is a great testament of the genius of Frank Lloyd Wright (FLW). However, I was disappointed that it was not furnished. There were a few pieces and some photos. I have toured around 20 FLW buildings and this is the only one without furnishings or decor. Also, the web site to purchase tickets is glitchy. When I arrived and had trouble with the tickets, the employees were not helpful. I ended up having to buy tickets for a different tour, paying double. Since I made a special trip specific for this, I sucked it up and just paid again. The employees were also more concerned with a photographer there than those of us on the tour. Customer service was non-existent.
