Explore the natural wonders of Molokini Crater, a volcanic islet 3 miles (4.8 km) off the coast of Maui, on this snorkeling tour from Maalaea. Surrounded by clear tropical waters, this extinct cone is home to many species of marine life, such as fish, sea urchins, sharks, manta rays, and coral. Molokini is a marine preserve, meaning nothing can be disturbed, keeping the island and underwater environment pristine. You'll also explore Turtle Town, and admire native birds. Two water slides, a glass bottom viewing room, and a "leap of faith" are also available if you don't want to snorkel or finish early. Breakfast, lunch, snacks, soda, and juice are included.

Molikini snorkeling was amazing. So many beautiful fish. Turtle Town was great too - saw five Green Sea Turtles. Crew was very friendly and professional. Plenty of food for breakfast and lunch and the food was very good.

Finding Parking spot was not easy. Full space parked. We were late 3Min due to finding parking space. They left leave us at dock. I cried and help to get in. Everybody watching us. But crews are si cold. Simply left us. This is not Aloha we knew. We prepared this trip from last Dec. There are no take care of customers. Very cold. Even they refused refund.

Providing fun, safe boating adventures is our highest priority, and we are very sorry to hear that your experience was anything less than wonderful. We are looking into every aspect of your trip to find where we fell short so that we can address those issues immediately. We are sorry to hear that you were late for your tour. However, captains must leave the slip on time because we are on a tight schedule. The crew may have seen you and the other passenger too but the captain up on the deck would have to depart even with passengers on the dock. Similar to an airplane once the cabin door is shut they generally do not open back up for late arriving passengers. Mandatory check-in is 30-minutes prior to departure and we advise all guests to give themselves extra time to account for traffic, weather, accidents, to find parking , etc. All this information is listed on the confirmation email you received at the time of booking. We strive to provide stellar customer service to all our passengers and guests. While over 90% of our reviewers rate us as excellent or very good, we appreciate and value all feedback our customers choose to provide. We love taking guests out to experience Maui's amazing ocean environment and are very sorry that we did not meet and exceed your expectations. Very nice and fun crew. Their time management and care was perfect. However, they did not have enough gear for all the people and it made us wait for a while so we lost time and couldn’t fully experience the first round of snorkelling. The food was not the best. Very basic and not tasty at all. But their snacks, especially the healthy options were satisfying.
