We fished with JJ through the refuge. He knew the river and put us on the large bows we were looking for. It was a great trip and I highly recommend him.

My son and I had a terrific day fishing the Upper Kenai with JJ as our guide. The action started slowly but he was adaptive and knowledgeable about the fishery and led us to some great catches after changing up our approach. We ended up catching quite a few really nice rainbows, dolly garden, and sockeyes. He was also very responsive and available for planning before the trip. One of the best guided fishing trips I have been on!
