The boat ride itself was exhilarating and wonderful. Austin did a great job However, there is NOTHING in any of the information provided to me (including on the ticket itself) indicating the correct location of the boat. It is Pier 19 — not 21. Even Google Maps has it wrong. Fortunately, we were early enough to be able to find it and not be late.

Great time for me and my 10 year old daughter. She wanted to go again. Easy to book on-line, great customer service when I called to confirm, and they called me when I cut it a little close on arrival.

Fantastic experience even though the email confirmation stated they depart from pier 21 but ended up being pier 19. We almost missed the excursion due to this.
