Our Gastronomic Georgetown Food Tour takes you to the historic yet chic charm of Georgetown, an area that predated Washington DC. You will be transported on this 3.5 hour food tour across 250+ years of history, and enjoy flavors closely connected to the Northwest DC neighborhood. Its roots are still very much alive and can be seen in the red brick town homes, and turn of the century factories that are found throughout the area. Robert was absolutely amazing, he was very knowledgeable about the town and its history even more than just the standard key note text book topics. He stayed very attentive to the group to make sure walking speed was good, food was good and if we wanted to see any additional landmarks. Absolutley will be taking another tour with Robert this year.

Really enjoyed the Georgetown Food Tour. Our guide was great and we had a good variety of food. We visit Georgetown every trip to DC and wanted to know more about it, as well as see places to eat off the "main drag". Only complaints ... a little pricey and it seemed we walked "back and forth" a bit more than we needed to. This is the first tour we had ever attended, so nothing else to compare it to. Would recommend it to visitors that want some history and to see a variety of restaurants.

The tour was informative and filling. Left educated and stuffed. Didn't have to get dinner after. The price was good given the fact you'd be spending that much for dinner in D.C. without the variety and information. We split a light brunch plate around 11, the tour started at three. Despite all the walking, I was stuffed by the end of the tour. The guide was friendly and informative. Buildings are beautiful and rich in history and interesting facts. Group was small and we enjoyed the company, food, and the chance to discover Georgetown.
