I have been on ghost tours in many places and every one is different with how they conduct it. This was the first one where our guide gave us emf(?) Detectors and told us about a phone app to add to the experience, so that was cool. Ashli was our guide and she was very knowledgable about Gatlinburg history and legends and stories. She was very enthusiastic as well! Don't look for a building to start from though, this tour starts from the parking garage across from Ripley's acquarium, and she said the actual building for the tour company is in sevierville. So we weren't really sure if we were in the right place at first, or where to park. The walk wasn't bad, we heard stories about certain candy shops and malls, and a hotel on the river, the space needle, the haunted parking lot where strange stuff used to occur to vehicles and the restaurant that once was there...until it finally moved and the building was torn down, and the legends of the towns ghosts that still show up now and then. She also filled in with history of Gatlinburg, all the while we watched our emf detectors and apps hoping for something. We took pictures of the cemetery and hotel waiting to see something. No luck for us, but it was still an interesting way to spend the evening! My daughter is completely freaked out by the supernatural and was not on board with it as stories were shared at first, but since it is mostly stories about people and their tragic ends and the stories that follow...she ended up not being scared at all. Don't think I would recommend for younger kids though.

We had the opportunity to experience our tour with Terry. She was knowledgeable and made sure that it was a fun and exciting experience for all of us. We were able to see and experience some pretty crazy and cool things that we have never seen before. We would definitely go back and visit this tour again when we get the chance. Our favorite part about our tour was that we actually got to use real ghost hunting equipment like emf readers and a music box that detected motion in front of it! 100% recommend this tour to anyone who is into supernatural stuff.

Brad was very funny and informative the walk was not to bad and the stories where great. Our teenagers had a great time . Worth checking out, made for a fun family evening. Only complaint clearer directions for meeting spot upon arrival.

I would be very open to suggestions on how we could make our meeting spot more clear, your confirmation email includes a map, address and directions, If a customer calls we guide them in as best we can. We are always open to ways we can tweak things to make our customers experience as good as possible.
