We were a group of 6 that were very disappointed with the tour.. For the most part none of us could hear what she was saying. I’m not sure that she introduced herself. Again very hard to hear what she was saying. We hoped it would be a fun tour, but that wasn’t the case. We were so frustrated trying to understand what she was saying that we abandoned the tour about 2/3 of the way through.

It was a large group on the tour the night you are referring to and we were a bit confused when your group decided to sit at tables away from the rest of the group, which would indeed make it difficult to hear the guide. Should you like to join us again, to give us another chance, we'd love to have the opportunity - Just reach out to us. And if anyone in your group struggles to hear the guide, please let the guide know. Our goal is for every guest to have a fun and unique experience.

We had a great time on this ghost tour! Zander was our guide and he was very knowledgeable, funny and engaging. Highly recommend to any ghost tour lovers 10/10!
