James was amazing! The conservation centre was closed and due to the weather, we made some adjustments to the itinerary, instead of cancelling it. Glad we proceeded. The whole trip was fantastic. We would recommend James anytime.

James was great..very knowledgeable the history of the city. The only reason I am giving 4 starts is because the animal conservation center was closed and he wasn't even aware of it. The tour does advertise a visit to this place. Other than that the tour was great.

James was wonderful! We were not able to visit the glacier due to weather, but he adjusted and took us to different beautiful locations. Highly recommend!
