The train can accommodate a motorized scooter if it is no wider than 25 inches. There is a special lift to lift the scooter onto the train.
Please note: Arizona doesn't observe Day Light Savings and switches between MST (Mountain Standard Time) and PST (Pacific Standard Time) depending on the season.

My brother-in-law was the ticket purchaser for our trip; I can’t therefore give a lot of information. But, he was able to get our set of tickets with good times going yo and coming back.

Relaxing, stress-free and beautiful train ride from Williams to Grand Canyon and back. Even some corny entertainment was fun!

I was worried this wouldn’t be worth the money, but it was, start to finish, one of the most enjoyable parts of our whole trip. Our 10yo son loved the cowboy show and live music. Every staff member the Grand Canyon Railway operation was friendly, helpful and focused on helping our family have a great vacation. We rode Pullman class for one leg and I was worried the heat in August would be a problem, but the car was comfortable with the windows open and the cool high elevation air coming in.
