Our tour guide (Tim I think) picked us up at our hotel. Our group was the two of us and four others. The guide had so much knowledge to share! He talked about everything from the trails to the plants and animals to different things that have happened at the Grand canyon over the years from before it became a national park to more modern events. The lunch that was included with the tour was fantastic! We spent only the one day at the Grand Canyon and I'm glad we went through this tour group!

My boyfriend and I really enjoyed the GC tour and lunch with our guide, Keaton! We were staying at an RV campground in Flagstaff, and he picked us up on time, right at the entrance. Our small group of six was just the right number of people. The all-day trip was handled smoothly by Keaton, whose good humor, patience, and flexibility was very much appreciated. This professional tour guide knows SO MUCH about the Canyon, foliage and vegetation around the rim, as well as Navajo history and culture. On the way home, he played a CD of Native American music--a lovely and peaceful way to end the incredible trip. We highly recommend Canyon Dave Tours. Be sure to ask for Keaton!

Great day with Dustin learning about the park and surrounding area. Had a group of 10 people on tour mostly senior citizens and my 9 year old grandson. Dustin did great job of engaging everyone in tour and answering questions. Recommend doing this before going to Canyon on your own so you know more about geology, plants, and wildlife in the area before you explore on your own. Be prepared for a full day even with starting in Williams. Maybe up to 10 hours depending on traffic, travel time and times at each viewing stop, but worth the money for your first visit to the area.
