I have been grilling and BBQing for over 20 years, and have trained abroad in France, Spain, Argentina, Thailand, South Korea and other countries. As a native of the American South, I combine my culinary roots with eclectic and diverse flavor profiles. The result is a completely unique approach to grilling, based on science that marries traditionally Southern recipes and techniques with exciting ethnic-inspired flavors. Chef Steven is the best teacher. Even the least confident cook will walk away feeling like a pro because the way he teaches makes you feel totally capable and equipped! I always think delicious food is going to be so hard to make; but now I use his tips and recipes often, always feeling so good afterward!! If you’re looking for a non-traditional thing to do in Portland, this is it!! ❤️

This was such a fun night! We went as a team building experience and everyone loved it.! We all learned so much from Chef Steven and the dinner “we” made was amazing! I have already recommended this event to several people and I’ll be back as well. He taught us so many tips and tricks. I’ll never overcook pork chops again :) Highly recommend!
