My 10yr old took lessons in a group setting and absolutely loved it. These guys are personable, experienced, and have the right attitude! Willy was awesome, and we would highly recommend for anyone visiting Maui that is checking out reviews to call Maui Waveriders Lahaina and set up a lesson. You'll be glad you did! Mahalo

Our family of 5 took a group surfing lesson. The youngest child was 10 1/2 years old. We had a blast. Willie was an amazing instructor and made it fun for us, encouraging us all the whole way. Definitely would recommend! Thought the picture prices were high...but had no choice since it was the only proof we went surfing...so if you have a family going and all are surfing you will spend $25 a person on pictures. The pictures were good just feel that price is steep, especially with no other option. Thanks again from Sweet Home Alabama😊

We appreciate you recognizing their value. If Sweet Home Alabama comes back to Maui we hope to get you in the water again!

Brax and Scott were both great instructors! I had never surfed before and Brax as a seasoned veteran coach made sure my wife and I both had a great. Scott was along as a second hand/coach in training and was just as eager to share his love of surfing. I thought I would do poorly my first time but the overall experience was great due to the coaching. If you can make the trip out and have the time stop by for some lessons. You won't be dissapointed.
