Excellent!!!! We learned about the highlights of Memphis on bus tour. Our tour guide was great, friendly and very imformative. Then boat ride on Mississippi which was relaxing. The tou bus was waiting for us after. Everything went smoothly. Thank you!

I thought Sun Records was included with the tour, but was informed that it was an add on when we arrived at Sun Records. I asked the cost for me and my wife and was told it was $30.00. After the tour I received my credit card receipt for $60.00. I checked with Sun Records and the cost of the tour was $15.00 each. I called Memphis Best Tours and was told their price was $30.00 per person. A 100% mark up is ridiculous. I was told this was for transportation, which is also ridiculous since we were already there. At the beginning of the tour, they only give you different color tickets to confirm your reservation. They do not do a good job of informing you what is included and what is not. The guides were entertaining, just a problem with the process and pricing.

The trip was highly organized. Everything went off as promised. The tour company advertises theirselves as the Best in Memphis. After our wonderful tour I would not argue their claim. The guides were knowledgeable and well spoken. They answered all questions and made it fun. Thank you.
