We rented a double kayak for two people and my friend and her partner (their first time) rented two stand up paddle boards for two hours. I don’t recommend any longer as the river is less than a mile and it doesn’t take long to go down and back. The service here was great! They set up the kayak for you and help you get in. It’s pretty straight forward when you get there, you scan a bar code and choose which rental you want and pay on your phone. They have bathroom available and a shower to rinse off as well as a storage to keep your stuff in that you don’t want to get wet. The best part for us is that it was right off the river and they had a small area that you can take off in your kayak in smoothly. Again dude working today was super friendly and helpful.

I was passing by Haleiwa town and stopped by Blue Planet Surf. My wife, our dog and I decided to paddle up the Haleiwa River. It was very relaxing, calm and easy to do. Haleiwa River Paddle Adventure has something no other company has...a dock and launching area directly to the river. We were on the river for about 2 hours and saw about 20 sea turtles! I've never seen so many turtles in one area before. Again, I would recommend this to any couple or family to do this.

First time ever doing SUP. If it wasn’t for Brian, I would still be in the water trying to get back on my board! Extremely patient with me, a middle aged, overweight woman, he showed me how to stand and how to maneuver the board. I had a blast! It was the highlight of my day and the whole trip to Hawaii! Can’t wait to do it again. Thank you so much!
