The start time is too early (7.30am) as it takes about 30 minutes by subway from Midtown to Harlem. You could go to Gospel Mass at 10.30am and then take the guided walking tour of Harlem. Since there are no tours in Italian, you could kindly hand out synthetic photocopies describing the locations of the various stages of the tour or send a link on your smartphone. Good driving for what little I understand.

Joseph's guided tour was rhythmic: Joseph is really passionate about what he does and transmits it very well! The visit itself seems too short. A lot of waiting in front of the church and access to the toilet was not easy (yet indispensable on a 4h visit)
